Deadlines

June 23

  • Manufacturer/ Business Service one-on-one selection sheets due. One-on-one materials to be sent separately.

Aug. 1

  • Final date for hotel reservations.
  • All conference registration forms and payments due from Manufacturer, Business Services, Distributors, and Marketing Associations.

Aug. 11

  • One-on-one meeting schedules sent to participating companies.

Oct. 17

  • Last day to receive refunds for cancellation.

Nov. 2

  • Last day for check-in of one-on-one meeting suites.

 

Note: To be considered a registered attendee and participate in the conference, the following steps must have been taken:

    • Complete and return conference registration forms to AWDA/AAIA headquarters.
    • Send full payment for all company and delegate fees to AWDA/AAIA headquarters.
    • Complete and return the one-on-one meeting selection sheet to Barbara St. Aubin or enter selections online (distributors and vendors).
