The Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA) operates as a segment of the Automotive Aftermarket industry Association (AAIA).  As such, it’s overall operation falls under the auspices of the AAIA Board of Directors.  All AWDA-specific projects are overseen and directed by a Board of Governors composed of volunteers from the AWDA membership.  The Board represents all business functions present within the AWDA membership including distributors, manufactures, program groups, reps and associates.  Board members are elected to three-year terms by the distributor members of AWDA. 

AWDA’s manufacture members are further represented by a Manufacturers’ Advisory Council that provides input and direct on matters affecting manufacturers.
